Preferred President Tapped to Host Radio Program

EATONTOWN, N.J., May 10, 2012 -Joel Markel, President of Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services (PHHC), will begin hosting a radio show this week focused on health and well-being.

The weekly program, titled "Preferred Home Health Care," will air on 1450AM WCTC Talk Radio: The Voice of Central Jersey and be broadcast every Saturday morning from 7:30-8:00 a.m.

"The show will be very broad-based, focusing on many topics relevant in home health care today," Markel said. "I intend to use the radio platform to further educate the people and communities which PHHC serves."

Markel's radio show is another way for PHHC, regarded as one of the best home health care agencies in the region, to continue demonstrating its commitment to excellence in the industry. The show will offer listeners valuable insight and information regarding the complexities of home health care. Currently, PHHC operates nine locations throughout New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.

In the coming weeks, Markel will speak with a variety of guests from the health care community including doctors, nurses, rehabilitation specialists and other medical professionals.

"There is a lot to cover and much to talk about," explained Markel. "I'm eager to get the conversation started."
