EATONTOWN, N.J., January 26, 2012 -Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services, a leader in providing home care to residents of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, has expanded its capacity to serve its clients with the recent hiring of Margaret "Peggy" deKastrozza as the Agency's Respiratory Therapist and Educator.
"Peggy's career has been dedicated to providing respiratory care to adult and pediatric ventilator-dependent clients, and she will be a truly vital addition to the Preferred team," remarked Ann La Patta, Preferred Director of Nursing. "Her hire allows us to have a full- time respiratory therapist on staff available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which expands our ability to more effectively serve our clients and their families, as well as mentor our clinical staff."

A graduate of California College of Health Science with a degree in respiratory therapy, she is licensed in four states and brings a wealth of knowledge to Preferred, including experience in using 12 different ventilators and nearly 20 different pieces of respiratory equipment.
"When medical home care is needed, having the proper medical personnel on staff makes all the difference," said Preferred President Joel Markel.
