Preferred is currently looking for reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Claymont, DE office. This office services pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients in New Castle and Kent Counties.
Requirements:
⦁ Valid DE or Compact State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
⦁ Physical
⦁ PPD or Chest X-Ray
⦁ Valid Driver’s License
⦁ Valid CPR Certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
Responsibilities:
⦁ Providing one-to-one care in the home
⦁ Taking direction from clinical team and overseen by a registered nurse
⦁ Following the plan of care
⦁ Following all clinical and office policies
