Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is currently looking for reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania office. This office services pediatric, adult and geriatric clients in Montgomery, Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia Counties.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN License
- Physical
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one care in the home
- Taking direction from clinical team and overseeing Registered Nurse
- Following the plan of care
- Following all clinical and office policies
