Joel Kilpatrick, Nazareth, Pennsylvania, has been promoted from client service manager to regional manager for Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services (PHHC), with offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. As regional manager, Kilpatrick will oversee the Pittsburgh office in addition to his current role of managing the Allentown office.
Chief Operating Officer Jonathan Herman said, “Joel joined Preferred over four years ago when the Allentown office sorely needed a manager and he has certainly delivered for us – sales and census have more than quadrupled since he started. Quiet and unassuming, Joel is a fitness enthusiast, loving husband, and doting dad of three young children.”
Kilpatrick earned a B.A. in Business Management from Moravian College, Bethlehem, Penn. He is a member of the PA Home Care Association.
